MKtutoring offer online tuition to students studying Social Sciences at GCSE and A Levels. Social Sciences are a popular subject at university & more and more colleges and schools are now offering it at KS4 and KS5.
All Social Sciences courses help students develop a wide range of transferable skills and open up many career options. We at MKtutoring want to create a passion in our students in this field which focus on understanding the workings of human society.
Subjects such as Psychology and Sociology have many real world applications from identifying and understanding trends and patterns in official statistics, to being able to help explain human behaviour. We want our students to use what they have learnt and embed it into their daily observations of the world and critically apply their knowledge. Our teachers are passionate in the field and we hope that passion will resonate with our students and ultimately motivate them into improving their subject knowledge and succeeding in their exams.

I have over 10 years teaching experience in the humanities department. I also have over 15 years experience working with children in non academic settings.
I am a specialist in Psychology and Sociology A-level tuition, revision and exam preparation/technique. I have taught A-level and GCSE for over 10 years and have marked exams papers for various examining boards. I also have experience working with private A Level candidates and have supported them in studying content and exam practice.
I provide tutees with clear, concise class notes and revision materials aimed at ensuring that they understand how to address exam questions and how to structure essays. I can provide tutees with a huge bank of past paper questions and model answers with examiner feedback to accompany these questions.
